Insane stuff bro, I like that bass line too, what bass patch is that?

  • itsthea3 says:

Might be that R & B Bass, but don’t quote me on that, as I can’t remember for sure.

  • Tp2els says:

Nice my brother! When you create a beat do you use pattern or song mode? What’s the difference? I’m new to the game.

  • itsthea3 says:

Both, I build my patterns in Pattern Mode, then sequence them in Song Mode.

  • sphoenix101 says:

was the intro made on the mv??? hot shit man

  • itsthea3 says:

Yeah, the whole beat was made on the MV.

  • sphoenix101 says:

So people what do we suggest Mv8800 or Mpc 5000

  • cripoutloc says:

    mv all day

  • Inspirmentalist says:

good shit my dude…i just converted over to hardware so i’m mastering the mpc-1000 check out my work. of course the mv has more features but i do work on the 1000

  • hatredrhollow says:

depends on what ur looking to do.if you wanna make a beat put it strait to cd.then i’ll go with the mv if you wanna bus all ur sounds out to a mixer for a nice mix i’ll go with the mpc.

  • RICHARDMAXTY says:

    very nicely answered

  • rockroserdboy says:

    raw beat.
You can krump to that too…sorta

  • noglesby1 says:

i have a mpc 1k and if the mv is similar the pattern modes is used to make the actual sections of the song like intro for a pattern, verse would another pattern and ur hook would be another pattern. on the mpc its called sequences so when ur done with all ur drums samples or instruments on ur patterns for each part of the song should be a seperate pattern, then u would arrange the beat how u would to in song mode to make a combo of the different patterns. i hope this helps a lil ..

  • stronga1999 says:

Yo my dude Im tryna play the reason sounds on my MV via a midi keyboard controller…basically wanna play the midi keyboard controller recording the reason instruments to a song i made on the mv…please help anyone i’ve been trying for weeks

  • reignman865 says:

    Nice shit son…

  • prophacy1000 says:

If it’s No problem, what do you normally set your quantize to “60-80 and percentage.” Also, what kills me or discourages me on beat making in the MV is on how to set up a song with the intitial drums just to get in the flow before changing em later. Is their a way to have a template of your fav. starter drums load on TURN ON, just to bounce that idea!

  • itsthea3 says:

@prophacy1000 I don’t quantize my drums or have any presets, but from what I know as you lower the percentage, the result will be more “natural” sounding. I would say to play around with your percentages until you get comfortable, or, turn it off like I do, haha.

  • MrPappypaws says:

You sound real good brah.. I love 2 here & see that.. PEACE!!! 1

  • chulukinat says:
