its actually only 10seconds…and you can only sample up to 2.5 seconds per sample..

I got one of these a 909, 808 and a Yamaha rx8. I use the SP almost exclusively.

real nice. that amazing sound i hear is that something you sampled or the piano tone built into the sp1200?
There are no built-in samples, you have to take sounds from recorded music.
so the sp doesn’t have piano,drums,kicks,hi hats etc already in the machines programming?

Man, I always wanted one of these. I think there’s still a lot to be said for hands on music making. And though it’s a machine you can see hear how hands on it can be. I love that! Thanks for posting
