Obviously you dont because when you mix and master then end result is the same. This shit cant run Kontakt or Reactor let alone Omnisphere. But hey if you wanna drop mad money to do the same shit DAWs allow you to do than be my guest

  • TruffelMusic says:

believe me, mr snicker… i make music on a mpc and before that i used ableton live, also used Logic, also used Reason, also used Cubase, and ofcourse i used flstudio… but it all sucks if you compare it with the mpc! you will never (NEVER) get the same sound with DAWs………. (also depends on what kind of music youre makin)

  • Radium1337 says:

youre right, i now use ableton live and have used fl studio… it was shit… only for beginners… i always missed that bad performance between audio and midi tracks and other features

  • AlienCommunity says:

    i want it

  • avanduzer says:

Should I go with the mpc5000 or mpk49?

  • 5StarGenerals1 says:

I wonder about these. i never used a mpc i been on one before and seen people on them. its alot of commands. i use the mv-8800 its great but lacks some features the mpc 5000 has but i still choose my mv-8800 because its what i started on.

Hey there. Im using Live, Logic, and have used FL. I like the MPCs, but dont know them really. I like em, because of theyr all-in-one and “everything is touchable” concept. But i think, you can do it all in Live, as good as on a MPC, maybe you can do it even better in Live, because its a DAW that allows you things to do that the MPC doesnt? i dont know. can you tell me, what a MPC can do, that Live cant?? it would be interesting, would like to know about MPCs usability… greetz

  • TruffelMusic says:

it depends on what kind of music you’re making, if you’re makin sample based music, there is nothing better then a mpc, becouse you have perfect control over your samples, and its also just the sound, the mpc makes the sound of the samples after you recorded it better (my opinion).
i have used ableton live for a long time, but when i switched to the mpc, it was like…wow… one word is enough to describe it:) i make sample based hiphop so for me its the perfect machine to make music with

  • GregorEicher says:

ah ok, i make synth based electronic stuff, and also a little bit hip hop, both sample and synth based. but dont you have the same full controll over your samples, when you load them in your battery? you can sample as well to your pc, or not? i believe you, the MPC gives you fuckin nice control about sample-snap-shots etc, but with a MPD and battery you can do all the things in Live too, dont?? … i dont know, but i cant believe, that the MPC can do things, that Live and Vsts cant..

  • PrinceGerman says:

scheiße teuer sind die dinger , dafür das man n paar töne drauf hat

  • Kputt1040 says:

    @PrinceGerman
Eine Richtige Gitarre kostet auch 3-4000€ ;)

  • gmartnz1994 says:

how do you start to make a new song without any of the preloaded sequences, tracks, or programs on it?

  • GregorEicher says:

  • cheesymcgriddle says:

why is this thing so impossble to get

  • mikeoxlong11 says:

I love samplers….. but why is it that every stock sound on a sampler is gay as cum in a mustache?
