@sonofbrazil He uses software, Wavepad actually, in a different video. Do you know if it’s possible to chop a sample on the MPC 500 itself?

@DDeDokter: yes it is possible to chop a sample on the mpc but it’s not so sample that’s why most people rather use a software to chop samples than the mpc itself.. it’s way easyer and it takes less time…peace

the fine chopping on an mpc1000 is simple and fast as hell
and from there all you have to do is send it to one of the pads.
