I admit there are many limitations of this device compared to some software solutions but this is much more of a "musical" tool forcing you to be more creative with your work and chopping samples by ear instead of relying on visuals. allinonethegreat – MPC 500/Dumb box? the mpc is DEFINATLY more complicated than ANY beat making/sequencer software i have used in the past.
