Your best place is the Akai website Goose. You would be amazed that they have EVERY manual there. WOW! There all there for free, just have to print it. Read it and learn. Why get other people who take that time and then add there own little things the have picked up give you answers? Ya never learn that way

How do you make the MPC play only the sample when the PAD is pressed? ie take your finger off the sample stops playing? Currently it plays til the end off the samle. Cheers anyone that can help. Nice1

  • riosbeatz1 says:

go to program and scroll to the right until you get to “play mode” now press the sample you want to edit and change “one shot” to “Note on”. try it out and tell me what’s good.

  • smurph773 says:

i see alot of people buy records and use them to sample stuff out from them and then make a beat. my question is: is it possible to sample from mp3, to chop what you like and then load it into the mpc?

  • thastiz says:

Having the bird on your shoulder the whole time makes it 10x more boss.

  • boutmyskrilla says:

i used to have those same speakers you got but mine broke on me

  • DoctorSess says:

its possible to chop an mp3 just connect the mpc to a computer with a usb cable and go to mode load scroll over to usb til it says connected. then locate the device on the pc. its helps to have a program to chop with. but im pretty sure you can just use the mpc.

  • sonofbrazil says:
