MPC help.
How do you make the MPC play only the sample when the PAD is pressed? ie take your finger off the sample stops playing? Currently it plays til the end off the samle. Cheers anyone that can help. Nice1
go to program and scroll to the right until you get to “play mode” now press the sample you want to edit and change “one shot” to “Note on”. try it out and tell me what’s good.
Hey riosbeatz1.
Yeah that works!! cheers dude, thats made my day. Nice1 even better that you can individually change each pad. Sorted. Nice1
i see alot of people buy records and use them to sample stuff out from them and then make a beat. my question is: is it possible to sample from mp3, to chop what you like and then load it into the mpc?
Having the bird on your shoulder the whole time makes it 10x more boss.
i used to have those same speakers you got but mine broke on me
its possible to chop an mp3 just connect the mpc to a computer with a usb cable and go to mode load scroll over to usb til it says connected. then locate the device on the pc. its helps to have a program to chop with. but im pretty sure you can just use the mpc.
yo i bought me a turntable it’s a “numark tt 1600″ it’s belt driven it doesn’t have any usb out cable only audio cable. can i connect it to the mpc?
you turn ur turntable to amplifier or mixer and then u connect it to mpc.
hey, i have a mpc 1000 + Presonus Firebox (Soundcard) + Stanton Turntable + a Computer
How would i connect all of this i realy want to start sampling using vinyls, please some one answer in detail i have no idea also do i need a mixer or can i use a soundcard instead? Thanks!
i just got this thing today man help me how do you chop the sample into 12 in one chop and then assign them to the 12 pads?
is it possible to load like mp3’s and wav’s from my laptop onto my mpc500 via the usb cable?
ive been trying to but its not been working
You have a smart manual approach to this machine. You will do some fantastic shit on this joint…keep it up.
tcan i slice my samples in MPC500? Must i need a software?
@fewch100 Yea, I’m wondering the same damn thing.
watch his other videos and hes shows how to upload them its pretty easy
People, use MPC Maid. It’s a software specially for MPC 500 to chop or slice files. Just slice, then sendo to MPC and roll on!
