im fuckin hard baby
fuck its annoyin for a producer lookin at top quality products like dis yearnin for it…but unfortuneatly i aint got dat sort of money lol
dont worry man, just use what you got and make it happen, sometimes if you have too much top of the line gear,it can be overwhelming, and youll find its nearly impossible to make music.
so fucking true.
True that! Just try to get the most out of your current gear.
definatly,im not going to buy ANYTHING for a long time man.i bought a shit load of music gear last year, mostly Korg stuff,(second hand) and im just going to get the most out of it if i can,
HELL YEAH NIGGA WOOOOOOOOO!!!
is it possible to get 808 or oberheim sounds for the akai?
i’m assuming you mean the oberheim dx? IT’s got 808 sounds as presets. can’t remember if there are dx sounds, but you can find sample banks of people who have made their own online. What i usually do is borrow an old drum machine and make my own sample library, but there are tons online too.
thanks..i’ve done some homework on this and i’m trying to snag a mpc 1000. Then hopefully record some DX sounds from a record and chop them up. I think its great that is has the 808 as presets, wouldn’t expect any less.
I think if they didn’t, it would be nothing less than a crime against beatmaking. Love the DX, by the way.
im gna need to rob a bank
I’ll ride shotgun.
is it possible to export the beats into a daw like logic, would it just appear as one audio file or is there any way of converting it to several tracks to work on the beat further?
does the mpc 500 work well with reason 4 and m-audio controllers??
@gennaro1980 Sure it does, you can connect it via midi an sync it to reason as master or slave. But you cant record your Audio from the MPC in Reason, as you surely know.
