I agree with you to a degree and you gotta be able to play melodies check out some of my tracks mostly made from drumkits and the trition keyboard very little sampling!!! But I might sample a phrase or something but I try to bang out those drums as much as possible!!!

  • shiggadee says:

word dat shit!!! about a couple years back, you couldn’t go anywhere without hearin”….just Blaaaaaze!!” comin out of a speaker before a hot track… Now? …not so much!!!

  • bADproductions87 says:

  • nosubject13 says:

nice! if yall get bored come listen to a cracka spit, I never lack a bitch, attack the rich but I’m just rappin’ with lips, spark a sack with a spliff and I’ll be back in a bit, like I’m packin’ a clip….

  • JigsawBeatzz says:

  • fredokun says:

    Y’all forget EASY MO BEE

  • SashcBahh says:

is Fl studio and reason just all this equipment but on comp?

  • i2ivis says:

He’s spot on with his comment about the korg triton, that keyboard has been overused for years.

  • capitalismdubz says:

@SashcBahh theoretically yes. you can do much more complicated stuff on a comp, but you will never get the same feel as on an mpc.

both ways can make some sick beats though.

  • TheRealJimtheBum says:

One of the best to do it. That shit is dope homie. 100

  • elevatesounds says:

1st off there is no rules so stop trying to make them up. Just be original and creative, who cares where a sample is from, its how you use it. The most important thing is to be deliberate not just throw crap together.
2nd no equipment is better than other equipment. Its just preference and if u really understand the science behind it u have 2 know thats true. Besides the only difference between a computer and outboard gear is that out gear is dedicated to music and comps do other things.

lol chea. that dude is a dumbass hahaahaha!

  • 7Marley7 says:

Alright what kind of programs does he use then ..

  • emceewhiterabbit says:

he uses THE MPC 4000. it’s hardware, not software. if you didn’t already know this you may want to look it up on google. some producers use software with hardware, just blaze (i can only imagine from this video) doesn’t need to. each to their own, make beats the way you want to, not how someone else wants to.

  • R0CKFACE says:

come check out my just blaze ‘stomp the shit out ya’
who got beats?, i need ‘em

  • SHOZ83 says:

Chek out my beats underground shits oldschool boomboom BAP!

  • HARRYMARIA says:

Agree but I would put Timbaland in the same category as WillI.A.m.

  • HARRYMARIA says:

Your are right about Timbo. He has a huge ego yet at one point he literally stole a track without even chopping it up or adding a drum beat and put Nelly Furtado on it but what really pisses me off is when he does songs with crappy artist like Myley Cyrus and the Jonas Bros

  • basstester says:

@HARRYMARIA i dunno bout that, will i am has made sum nice pop tunes, all him… where as timbo starights steals a track….and puts his name on it.! :)

  • HARRYMARIA says:

    Is that Just Blaze’s hair?
