1:30 to 1:50 is enough for a whole song really. Adding too much can sometimes take away from the song. If I heard someone rapping over that beat and riff from 1:30 to 1:50, I would say its 10times better than whats on the charts now.
So I say good job but I’d add less to the song. Switch it up with lyrics, and maybe a small melody for the chorus. My opinion. Good work btw.
Hey man, I just downloaded your beat tape, and I realized that I had allready the first part! I was like “damn! Again! This genious” man really, 5* favorite and sub, you are a legend
tight beat man but yeah i gotta agree wit subby33 way too much goin on in the beat. first sequence of beats is just right i think the guitar in the background kinda ruined it. I ain’t hatin jus speakin my opinion, you skills tho bro keep that shit up.
@cKunke2 the older mpc 1000 pads might start to die out after a while.. but theres a pad upgrade.. which i have now…and it is easy to replace.. so no worries on getting a used mpc.. if the pads die out then just get the upgrade
Peace King I Divine. I have said it before I think you have a great ear. I disagree with some comments that say theres too much going on. I mean it’s not Bomb Squad music those tasty small subliminal elements separate the men from the boys. Great shit my man.
i need some advices. i used to make my beats with FL studio. but now i want to switch to hardware. first i wanted to buy the MPC 1000 but its to expensive for me (im a student). is the AKAI XR20 good for beginners? im really thinking about buying it. pls help me.
@Onlineshrekjr Dont buy the xr20 FL Studio is way better then that shit! Look out for used akai mpc 1000. if you are having a low budget. Keep on using the FL studio then when you have gotten a name known or more money buy stuff that you get from selling your beats!
